That said, there are certain stains that steam cleaning can’t remove, and heavy urine spots do require additional services. Our most frequent questions from clients
SUPER CLEAN! You will be amazed at how clean your furniture is after the cleaning. Based on my experience with past customers, side effects may include a “no feet on the sofa” policy, fresh smells, and a desire to snuggle more frequently.
Water is a chemical, so anyone promising “chemical free” is misleading you. The chemicals I use are very safe, ranging from 1-2 on the NFPA 704 Health Diamond. Humans and pets need to stay off upholstery during cleaning, but after extraction and rinsing, the fabrics are completely safe. Urine removal and heavy stain removal uses harsher chemicals, but after rinsing they are completely safe. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all materials used are available upon request. I clean my own family’s upholstery with the exact same chemicals and methods that I use in your home!
This is the most frequently asked question. You can sit on clean fabric as soon as I am finished, HOWEVER, you do need to be cautious. The upholstery will be damp, so they are more susceptible to contaminants like dirt and hair. I recommend completely avoiding it for 1-2 hours.
The furniture is typically dry in 1-2 hours after cleaning. More heavily-soiled furniture may take longer to dry. We will discuss these details before we leave your home.
