That said, there are certain stains that steam cleaning can’t remove, and deeper grime require additional services. We’ll be sure to discuss all of that with you thoroughly on the phone and in person before we begin work.

Our most frequent questions from clients
SUPER CLEAN! You will be amazed at how clean your tile and stone surfaces are after the cleaning. Based on my experience with past customers, side effects may include a “no-shoes” policy, fresh smells, and a desire to sweep up more frequently.
This is the only cleaning service we may recommend you leave the premises for. In most cases, we recommend you stay in a different room, which is usually sufficient. However, if you have sensitivities to chemicals and odors, tile and grout restoration may be too intense for you. We discuss this in detail during our phone consultation and on-site assessment.
Often, tile and grout cleaning can reveal underlying issues. Older homes may have colored sealants painted over the grout, which can become uneven or disappear during the cleaning process. Missing or loose grout may also become apparent. We discuss these potential outcomes before, during, and after the cleaning process.
To ensure transparency, we start by cleaning a small test area and then show you the results. This allows us to discuss your expectations for the rest of the job. If you’re not satisfied, we can stop and re-evaluate. We believe in open communication, so we’ll keep you updated throughout the cleaning process.
We strongly recommend staying off of the tile while I am in your home for the cleaning process, however tile is completely dry before we leave
