The short answer is no. We do not need to remove the rug from your home. Our cleaning solutions are safe for your flooring, and we do not wet the back of the rug. In rare cases of heavy urine staining, we may need to take the rug to your garage for more of a restorative cleaning. If it is a heavily damaged rug, it may be something we will refer you to someone else.  We will discuss this possibility during our on-site assessment.

Wool rugs can take much longer to dry than synthetic carpets. They are denser and require more cleaning chemicals when neglected. To expedite the drying process, we use professional-grade fans. Depending on the size of the job, we may clean the rugs first and use professional-grade air movers while cleaning the rest of your home. If we are only cleaning the rugs, we may leave an air mover overnight to ensure complete drying.
